OUR MISSION
Intervention with Hope
Abortion is the willful destruction of a human life. Therefore, we must compassionately intervene.
In truth, we do not want any woman to feel pressured to subject herself or her baby to an abortion. We work to empower women with the knowledge, alternatives, and resources that are needed so they may choose life.
The presence of an abortion referral center requires a pro-life presence to greet women with alternatives to abortion.
Therefore, Truth and Compassion volunteers humbly offer the truth about the reality of abortion with compassion and gentleness.
The Social Need for our Mission
Moreover, we endeavor to better our society by exposing the truth about the effects of abortion on our nation, our communities, and our families.
Without question, violence is never the humane solution for an ill-timed pregnancy. When a society decides that a helpless baby is disposable then that society has perpetuated the death of the sanctity of human life within its society.
The collective heart of society becomes calloused by the choices made for violence in the marketplace and various arenas in life. Subsequent generations experience the aftermath of the lack of respect for the sanctity of human life in the way of an ever-increasing cycle of violence. The rise of violence against children is alarming.
Our nation is suffering under the cruelty of violence. One needs to look no further than our social media newsfeeds to see that this is true.
Violence against the innocent has increased beyond anything any of us could have imagined.
In the matter of abortion, segments of our society have recognized, due to modern technology, that babies who are being aborted are in fact in need of protection. This is a great step in the right direction to heal our communities.
We are working and praying for a kinder and gentler society by first protecting the sanctity of the lives of helpless babies.
This is our mission and our hope.
